How to call AINP

I would like to call AINP regarding my application status. Could you please let me know

1. What is the number to call them?

2. How to give refrerence of my application? Giving my last and first name? or my passport number etc?

Within Alberta - 1-877-427-6419
Outside Alberta - 1-780-427-6419

If you see, he never mentioned it is urgent...just that he wants to inquire on his status.

If everyone starts doing that, then I dont see them processing even the little amount that they do. Read website/timeline/procedure first and then call when you fall in the inquiry zone or else like they said it will only delay your application ....
