How to calculate in/out days from Canada, If not remember all?

Hi,

I am truck drive professionally, i drove truck to USA regularly in past 2 years.

I got my PR in Feb 2017, and first came to Canada as International Student in Dec 2013. My trip to my home country was once for 20 days. But i donot remember all the in/out days from Canada to USA.

I got my few travelled history from USA webiste I94, got few from my bank statements. But still unable to find all the dates.

Ususally my trips to USA was for one or two days, once or twice in a week. My old employer have no record of my trips, he just provide me basic paystub.

Even not able to find location history from my phone, not find any response of ATIP from CBSA yet.

Please give me suggestion, if their is any other way from where i can get my all in/out days from Canada. So that i could submit my complete Citizenship application.

1. What happened to your log book? It is a requirement for trans border trucking.

That time i worked as an intern. And always drove in team.
Either my team members always switched. so donot
