Thats not correct. You can only accumulate Maximum of 365days only as temporary resident including as protected person. In this case, period between June 2021-2024 is 1 year maximum. Second, you need to be a permanent resident for minimum of 2 years. In this case, poster is eligible for Canadian Citizen June 2026...provided there'll be no changes once Conservative are in the office

So I was on visitor visa from 2017-2019.
On 2020 I applied for asylum and it got approved August 2021.
PR - applied on December of 2021 Ecopr - November 2023.
I assume all the time I was on visitor visa won’t count toward my citizenship and will qualify to apply on November 2025 ?

It won't count. It was too long ago.

From august 2021 to nov 2023 they will count each day as 0.5 days for a maximum of 365 days towards citizenship
Then from Nov 2023 to nov 2025 they will count the 2 years towards citizenship
this is if you dont leave canada for travels during this time
