HOW TO CALCULATE CIC LANGUAGE SCORE WITH IELTS

Need your help , could you please help me to understand how we can convert IELTS individual scores to total marks as per CIC.

I tried but unable to understand.

Also In India consultant follow the below trend only , but I feel there must be other permutation and combinations as well.

Please advise.

If somebody have 6.5 or 7 in Listening ,then individual score still remains 4 ( In listening ) ?

If someone get a score of 6,6,6 & 6.5 in LRSW respectively , then total score would be 16 or 17 ?

So guys, if someone get a <6.0 score in any of the four areas he/she will receive zero point for that area?

Indirectly I must say yes, because anything below 6 in any individual subject is Not acceptable.
