HOW TO CALCULATE CIC LANGUAGE SCORE WITH IELTS

Need your help , could you please help me to understand how we can convert IELTS individual scores to total marks as per CIC.

I tried but unable to understand.

Also In India consultant follow the below trend only , but I feel there must be other permutation and combinations as well.

Please advise.

Speaking + Listening = 4 points each
Writing + Reading = 6 points each

Another question please , my spouse is preparing to get IELTS soon , I want to know

What does CLB 4 level mean in terms of IELTS score per ability , One friend told me it's 4.5 , 4 , 4 , 3.5 but confused about the description.

Try to figure out by yourself first. Don't just come looking for answers without even trying do a little research on your own

I did my research before posting. I get 21 points if I take every section individually, but I'm not sure if they do it that way or they take the lowest CBL Level (Taking all sections in consideration). That's why I am asking...

You'll get 21 points - That's the final and only answer. Don't over think it "but I'm not sure if they do it that way or they take the lowest CBL Level (Taking all sections in consideration)" And if someone tells you otherwise, they are completely wrong.

The Govt of Manitoba has refused my application and stated that mY ielts points are 12


does this score justify my bands?

plz enlighten according to CIC CLB scoring

What exactly did they say in their refusal statement? Because I'm not sure where the 12 came from
