How to bring MOTHER to canada

I'm living in Canada since 2008 and Canadian citizen.

I would like to bring my MOTHER from India to Canada so can you please tell me how can I get the PR for her.
What documents are required for applying the PR

Her Medical situation is not good so what OPTIONS are available for her medical expenses

If she has serious medical illnesses, then CIC will most likely determine that her health conditions will place a burden on Canada's health care system and refuse her PR visa for medical inadmissibility reasons.
