how to book a room?

hey guys!!!! Need ur valuable suggestions..

Should I book room online? I mean, how we can pay rent without seeing the room in person?

if I book an apartment ,instead of a room, will i be able to manage my living with my earnings

what's the wise decision 2 choose b/w two?

We need more details:

Book a room online can be tricky and you can be easily scammed, I think it's better to see the room in person. You can book an appointment with the owner of the house/apartment to see the room first and then decide. Meanwhile, you can rent an accommodation through airbnb or similars until you decide where to move.

In what city will you live? Have your own apartment in Toronto is not the same as renting in a smaller city like London or Windsor, in Toronto having your own apartment can be REALLY expensive (around 1500-2500 CAD per month) and unless you have a lot of money saved, a scholarship or a generous sponsor you'll probably have problems paying your rent and other expenses.

m going for IBM program at centennial college toronto( visa pending yet).....

is there will be a problem if finds an apartment around $700 or $800.....

and how much i can earn monthly by part time jobs?

Max $800 per month income.

A room by campus will cost you anywhere between $550-650.
