I assume you are not in Canada? Getting a work permit from outside Canada is virtually impossible unless you have a highly specialized job. Companies would need to go through the LMIA process to make sure no other Canadian can do, or wants the job. This takes 4-6 months and they have to pay for it as well.
Have a look at other streams like Express Entry, the Provincial Nominees program or the study route.
