HI,
this is Prashant, Completed GRad and MCSA. I am Indian and I want to apply for Canada PR.
In 29 Categories IT field not mentioned and I have not exp in it. SO which Category I can apply for?

I need help......

You will need a job offer in Canada if you want to apply through the federal skilled worker program.

Or you can take a look at the provincial programs to see if you might qualify to immigrate through one of these categories:

If someone has a job offer, an LMO?, what do they do to get PR? The job isn't one of the 29

If you are outside Canada, have a job offer and AEO, have at least 1 year continuous experience and 67 or more points, you can apply under the federal skilled worker program even if your job is not in the 29.

It may also possible for your prospective employer to sponsor you through a PNP.

If you have an LMO, you can apply for a work permit, arrive and start working. You can then use the LMO and a permanent job offer letter from your employer in order to apply under the federal skilled worker program. You could also be sponsored by your employer under PNP. You could also after 2 years of working a skilled job apply yourself under CEC.

Thanks Leon. It's my friend that is applying, him & his family are coming to visit us next week (& for an interview) but he is getting overwhelmed by the whole thing so I'm hoping if I know a bit about it all I can reassure him a bit!
