You need to search for a an employer in one of the 11 communities. Once chosen by the community, they will, hence nominate you to apply for PR. Rest is all the same as per the docs required in any other PnP or federal selection. So the bottom line is, rather than a province nominating you, now the community will nominate you. Though the details of nomination score have yet to be posted but this is what the latest update says.I know several people that are interested in this and they have come to me asking for information I guess because I am Canadian. I've tried to find information online about the requirements for applicants but I have not found much. Anyone else had any luck finding any information?
I don't think, local Employers would pick offline people. Even some community website has posted few job, but criteria says " you need to be certified from Canada" meaning that " Canadian experiences" should have first priority! Is the rural and northern immigration program only available for people who schooled or are working in Canada? What about those who haven't been to Canada, can they still apply?
