How to apply re-entry visa?

Im working as a Nanny in Winnipeg Canada.Can you give an attention about my problem?im having vacation this coming Dec 07 then im staying about a month...i need to apply re-entry visa..Can you give me a fill up form and the requirements i need to process.?and can you give also the exact address where do i send this..coz im worried if theres something happened to my documents..And lastly How long it takes once you send this already..coz my concernED was im leaving on Dec 07..pls pay this attention sir/madam its my appreciation..Hope you giving response about this as soon as possible coz im really want to finish this..so i dont have problem once im in the Philippines..thanks

1. Guess you haven't realized that you are applying to a form, not the Citizenship and Immigration Site.

u may reapply your re entry visa in your country,,,say your from philippines,u may apply there by calling the cic for the pick up of your docs and i think it takes 7 days for the stamp of new visa,,,nothing to worry as long as you have the valid work permit u will get a re entry visa,,

Would probably take you about two weeks (based on previous posted members' applications). Kung magtagal man probably not as long as three months.

3 months?thats really long coz imagine its mid of sept now then plus 2 upcoming months..my god..its to long..how can i go to the phil if i didnt recieve yet the passport before dec 7..thats to much pressure now..

I can't find the earlier posts where the member sent for the TRV at Buffalo and got the passport back in less than two weeks. You can take your chance and apply from the Philippines. I am not familiar about how long the processing is from the Philippines, though jomarcabilles stated it takes about 7 days. Note though that you will be there during the holidays and the number of non working days there are in December.

Hi Rolly,

I have a friend who went home to Philippines last week coz her father died. She have a valid work permit but she needs a re-entry visa.
Now her problem is where to get the forms to at least fill it up and drop by to nearest Canadian Embassy in Philippines.
Do you have any idea or website to find it?? Can I also have the hotline number that you used to call so in case, she can just call them and pick it up for her?

hi. I'm a LIC here in Ontario. i submitted my application for PR status last Aug and was received by the CIC Aug 18 then i also applied for OWP. My issue is, I'm planning to have a vacation in the Philippines this coming Feb. or March. Someone told me that if i go home in the Philippines i can jeopardize my PR application and that all my 24 months of stay here will be erased and i have to stay here again for another 2 years and re-apply PR or even worse i will not be issued a re-entry visa. i got scared. so now I'm confuse and don't know what to do. I really hope i can go for a visit. its been 2 1/2 years since i saw my family but i don't want to jeopardize my PR application. please give me an advice on what to do. thanks!
