It depends upon which province u heading to but for Ontario province u can register ur self on the given link and apply in as many universities u want in one go.. And yes u do have to send original documents to uni no matter where ever u apply..

1. Go to the website of U of Regina and U of Carletton, select your faculty and there on the faculty website in the admission tab you will find a link to apply online.
2. Yes, you are required to send your academic documents and IELTS in hard form to the university in order to process your case.

i m planning for masters in computer science..... as last date for applying online is 31st july...so i hav to courier my certificates to them before that date(31 july) ?

Please explain me again and carefully the online aplication process, I would like to apply in one of these universities with this kind of aplication, and I want to know Is I should send my paper documents along, after? before???? when someone request it?
