How to apply GCMS notes from India

I am Outland PNP . Now planning to order GCMS.Can someone please suggest the site ... I have no other friends who can take the notes in Canada .So I have to do it myself from USA . please let me know the link

I applied through applygcms.com like 3 times. it took exactly 30 days to get mine.

I am Canadian citizen and applied for my wife sponsorship.
I am thinking to apply for GCMS Notes, but I have representative in my files, can I apply GCMS notes as sponsor for spouse .

it would not impact to my file? or do my representative have to apply for GCMS Notes,
