What is your status in Canada?I am expecting to recieve a nomination from Ontario under the Human capital priority stream. Once after the nomination how can I apply for a work permit ? Can someone please guide me on this.

So you need to be in Canada and then have a work permit or be able to restore status. This is an EE program without job offer so you need to be working in Canada or be able to restore your work permit.I’m outside Canada currently
