I have created an EE profile in Nov 2017. My CRS score is 436 and I meet the Federal Skilled Workers program. I have created the application on my own and am not very sure as to how to apply for PNP. Can someone kindly help with some guidelines as to how to apply for Ontario PNP.

When you create an Express Entry profile, there is an option to select the provinces and territories you are interested in. Select Ontario there and you would receive NOI when OINP starts issuing it again. (Provided your profile gets selected. PNP selection is dependant on many factors like NOC, French Language etc, not just overall CRS). Hope this helps.
