Canada has provinces so you need to determine if you are eligible. Which provinces are you eligible for? Most are through your Express Entry if you don’t have a job offer. So through your profile, select the provinces you are eligible for.

There are many different PNP programs with different application processes. In some cases you apply to the province directly and some are selected through Express Entry. There isn't one single process.

You cannot unless you have a job offer. Most programs are through Express Entry based on your CRS score and NOC? Do you have ECA and IELTS? What do they say? Those are mandatory documents to apply for immigration programs. What is your NOC? Believe you can apply directly through SINP if eligible?

It depends on the program and province. You will need to research this further through the provincial web sites.

I am digital marketer, my wife is a resident in medical oncology. We are working hard to score good in ielts. My wife will be primary applicant as she is younger than me. We expect to get the score around 470-480. My siblings live in canada so we will get extra points. So in total we expect to get 470-480 score which is not enough in current draws

So she has ECA from MCC for medical degree? Not a bad score for EE. Since she cannot work in Canada, look at licensing requirements for a physician. Believe OINP had a draw for health care workers. Research each province and see if there are health care streams.

Yes ECA from MCC. Do you have idea about licensing requirements for physician?

i just checked SINP and out of 110 we were getting 81 points without job offer. Will this help us to get PNP? So i have 2 separate questions if you could answer?

So you must have a relative living in Saskatchewan to get that score. Check draw sheets and see if the NOC and score is drawn.

Go on the MCC website and get steps for licensing. Most foreign doctors never practice once in Canada so your spouse must be okay with not being a physician. She probably has to redo residency and even find a spot.
