Can anyone help me on how to apply for the PNP program?
I am interested in the Ontario PNP. Is it still open?
Also I want to explore the PhD Nominee program.
I have almost 10 years of experience as per NOC2281.
But my CRS score is only 397, even after getting ECA & IELTS for my spouse, I don't expect it to go beyond 423.
