How to apply for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)?

Can someone please guide me how I can get a provincial nominee. How much difference does it make to the score.

PNP gives 600 additional points. For Ontario Human Capital Stream you should have 400 points and above and be in the EE pool. Ontario will send you NoI if they are interested in your profile.

Do I need to apply separately or once I am in the EE pool they automatically send me a nomination if eligible

You cant apply. They have to send you a NoI. They dont send everybody. I have above 400 points but did not get NoI from Ontario.

Keep an tab on Ontario Immigration website... once the application opens, you will have to apply... Just to let you know, ON and AB are the toughest to get PNP cos, lot of students who have studied in Canada will apply for ON and AB PNPs... Best way to apply PR is trough EE... score 7+ in IELTS (in all)... and have more then 3 years of experience.. you have more chances to get in EE than PNP..
