How to apply for Health Card

Hi
I just landed in Canada on 8th of Jan 2016 and got my SIN no ( not sin card)at the airport only .
1.Please guide me about how to apply for PR card or the officials will send it to me on their own .
2. How to apply for Health Card . what are the other formalities if any i have to complete ?

I am currently Residing in Ontario ( Hamilton )Provence.
