How to apply for CO-OP visa?

Hey guys,

I'm already in Canada and I need co-op work permit but I don't know the proper steps to apply for it.

When I was in India I selected Mobile application development course (without co-op) in Georgian college! then, I applied for the visa and got it.

Unfortunately, When I got the visa Georgian college cancelled the course. So, I got admitted to Lambton college for the same course. But, this time it has co-op term too.

Since, first time when I applied for the visa I included offer letter of Georgian college they only issued me work permit when I reached Canada.

So, now I need co-op work permit. Please help!
