That will depend on exactly which trade. Only certain approved organisations can provide the certifications and they are different for each trade. You will need to use Google a lot. There is no single reference point that I am aware of.
Note, for some trades, it will require formal examinations and/or practical tests, often within Canada. Depending on where you are from, you may need a visa just to be able to take those tests.
