It's not possible for you to apply for asylum from the UAE. You would need to get a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada, travel to Canada and then claim asylum once you arrive here.

To be approved you want to be able to show strong ties to your home country / country of residency such as proof of employment, property ownership, and other assets. You also want to make sure you can show that you have enough funds to pay for your travel to Canada. It will help your application if you have previous travel to countries requiring visas such as the US or UK.

To qualify to apply for a work permit, you first have to secure a job offer with an employer in Canada and that employer must obtain an approved LMIA. There are no jobs or employers on this forum. You would need to apply for jobs through sites like linkedin and Indeed. If you are able to secure a job offer + approved LMIA from an employer, you would then apply for a work permit yourself. The employer does not issue the work permit. This is something you have to apply for yourself once you meet the requirements.
If you submit any application to Canada, you will need to make sure you declare all previous refusals, such as the schengen visa refusal.
thanks for kind reply, I know one person in toronto he have own construction company but he don't the process and same as me. If possible some one there to complete guaide him that he will approved LMIA ,everthing which is require.

The employer has to go through the LMIA process in the link. The employer has to post the job and prove that no one in Canada can do the job. Only you are the most qualified. So you want to show employment letters, maybe even education to show your experience in the field. The job must meet various requirements for salary etc. Again everything is in the link.
