How to apply after SINP nominations

Hello Everyone,
I need advice from experts on below matter.

If i receive SINP nomination under " OID stream" and i have low score in IELTS i.e. 5.5. Will i be eligble to apply to IRCC with SINP nominations and IELTS band of 5.5?or am i only eligble to apply to IRCC via paper based mode?

It is okay with valid ielts and this score.
Are you planning to apply for EE ? You can't do it. Only paper based.

what about this categeory, " if i have a valid job offer and i have been nominated by SINP and my IELTS results is 5.5"

which options do i have got to apply IRCC for permanent residence? Only paper based or PNP EE or both considering the above scenario?

Only paperbased same as oid sub category. Time limit is 16 to 18 months in cic stage.
