HOW TO ANSWER SECTION 8.1 OF APPLICATION FOR SELECTION CERTIFICATE?

Hello good afternoon each and everyone! I need your help guys. Please help me filling up the Application for Selection Certificate. In section 8.1 how do i answer this? I am a Filipino, graduated from a regular college. Here's the question:

8.1 Are any of the diplomas entered under Question 8 Québec diplomas or their equivalent and found among these choices:

Québec diploma
Canadian diploma
Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body (except medical degree)
Foreign diploma covered by a mutual recognition agreement (ARM)
Other ________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The correct answer is: OTHER:

1) if you are from regular college like you, you have to check if you are Engineer, or Nurse or something that is REGULATED in QUEBEC.
To check if is REGULATED you go and find at: www[.]workingincanada[.]gc[.]ca/report-eng.do?action=display_allnoc
and you will find the NOC of your job and if is REGULATED.

For example if you are an Engineer in Computers you say:
Other: Diploma is equivalent but I did not apply for recognition/equivalence yet.

2) I do not know what means regular college in Filipino? Highschool? If so you say: OTHER: Baccalaureat.or high school diploma. bye
