If a visitor is not fully vaccinated with the eligible vaccines, would they still be able to take their last connecting flight which is domestic in Canada in order to quarantine in their final destination? How about these new rules that they are saying will come in place which only allow fully vaccinated to take domestic flights?

Air Canada will require its customers to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by the end of October.

Many of these policies are not in place yet so it’s unclear how this will impact people who have been vaccinated with vaccines not approved in Canada.
Thanks for sharing the link and your response! From the link, it appears they still haven't said anything about customers requiring to show proof of vaccination, correct?
