How is the LMIA (LMO) processed "actually"??
According to Employment Social Development Canada, there are two types of LMIA.
1) for permanent residency purpose only not require $1,000
2) for temporary work permit purpose only "Do" require $1,000
The requirement of those two are pretty much the same.
But the question above comes to this..
I believe there must be a determining factor that grant LMIA or not.
I am not saying this because I did not read the ESDC website.
Why do ESDC want the following employers' information?
Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) documents, including:
T4 Summary of Remuneration Paid (most current year ending)
PD7A Statement of Account for current source deductions (for 12-month period preceding LMIA application)
Schedules 100 and 125 - T2 Corporation Income Tax Return (for corporations only - 2 most recent returns filed)
T2125 Statement of Business or Professional Activities (for sole proprietorships/partnerships only – 2 most recent returns filed)
