How strict is Imm. Canada with sponsorship instructions?

just wait for the sponsor to be approved - by then you will already know you immigration file number. than in about 1-2 months, send to the embassy the medical report you got when you had the medical exam, specifying the immig. file number. everything will be ok

I find this quite problematic myself as well, when we submitted all our paper work, including medicals and PC, the processing times had just gone from 9 - 12 months, Manila VO, yes the papers they request, are only good for twelve months.

Now the VO is advertising a 14 month turn around, but still requesting paper work with a 12 month shelf life. So for a 15 month total advertised process, they have built in a system that causes delays, and additional costs. Due to poor management.

Hmmmmmm, and we wonder why we get confused and frustrated with it. I wonder if the gray hair that comes with the process are tax deductible?

Hi there, they sent back our application. They said that our application is incomplete so they cannot process it, but the same can be refiled. It is ok at least we have now the chance of incorporating my medical.We will resubmit this week. Thanks to those who patiently took time in answering my concerns.

They returned our application package with a letter expressly stating that we
lack medical documents . they said that the whole application together with the missing document and the attached letter they sent us should be resubmitted for them to process it. kinda sad but at the same time thankful to them for being prompt in returning our application and providing remedy for us.It is my prayer that everything will turn out right.
