I find this quite problematic myself as well, when we submitted all our paper work, including medicals and PC, the processing times had just gone from 9 - 12 months, Manila VO, yes the papers they request, are only good for twelve months.
Now the VO is advertising a 14 month turn around, but still requesting paper work with a 12 month shelf life. So for a 15 month total advertised process, they have built in a system that causes delays, and additional costs. Due to poor management.
Hmmmmmm, and we wonder why we get confused and frustrated with it. I wonder if the gray hair that comes with the process are tax deductible?
