Sorry i do not know anyone but my all friends have done by themselves. But i will advice you following steps:-

1. Choose college where you want to enrol yourself
2. Contact admission department of particular college and explain in which session you want to take admission.
3. Above stated department will take care of your interest.

At last, not a very tough process where you need to hire any consultant, you can do it by yourself very easily.

You should have selected a 2 year course, it will give you 3 years of Work Permit, try to find a 2 year course in the same college you are now. Change the course and inform CIC

Funds: Taking out a loan sounds like his only choice - unless you/he have/has a very considerate (and wealthy) friend/family member to sponsor him. You need a minimum of 1 years tuition + $10,000 (1 year living expenses) to show for proof. Anything after that you shouldn't need for the application, but to fund later years is your own responsibility there on. If you can't afford it, don't do it.

PR: Gaining PR is challenging. You either need money + patience, or be in a great position to get there - usually both. There are a number of ways to get to stay in Canada, generally on three paths.

Family/Spousal sponsorship (applications take the longest, depending on circumstances and where you are from): Have a family member or marriage/common-law relationship with a Canadian. You'll need definite proof of your relationship, reasoning for bringing them over, funds to support them to live until the application is complete. Proof of these funds.
Study (most expensive and semi-permanent): Tuition as an international student is 2.6 or 3 times the usual rate. Add in textbooks, flights, living fees too and you'll be paying a pretty penny.
Work (usually the most difficult route due to how much competition is out there): It is fairly easy if you have a company wanting to hire you over there or have oodles of work experience in a particular area. There are routes from Study Permits to being allowed to work in Canada available to international students, I don't have much knowledge in that area myself but he needs to have completed most if not all of his studies to then apply for such things. He'll need good grades to compete too.

The study permit route is the fastest way to get him over on a temporary visa, it may also give you some time to figure out your next steps to keep him with you permanently - as long as you guys are able to afford it.

You actually don't need any proof of funds (or even a job) to sponsor a common law partner or spouse. You just can't be bankrupt or on welfare/social assistance.

Doing two courses do not garuntee 3 year work permit, its best if you can change your course. Global Business Management looks like a similar course

Oh realy... if i do a 2 course of 1 yr each... will not get a 3 yr work permit.???

Bt i belve its niw hard to chnge the course as clases wil begin shortly...??

is it really true that studyng for 1 yr + 1 yr .. will not give a 3 yr work permit ... ?????

It all depends upon your case. I have done 1 year course and have applied my PGWP. My open work permit is still in process and i have my ECa and IELTS done which makes me eligible for express entry. I am in BC so 1 year is fairly enough for EE BC PNP, But it depends what amount of experience you have in your home country.

Analyse the whole process and then take your step wisely

@Jaiveer bro How is NYIT MS in info security, how is IT in BC ? Is it better to go for NYIT in BC or Constoga clg in Ontario ?

No one guarantee you anything but 99% you will get 3 years work permit if you will do two courses.

After IBM you can go for human resource or any marketing course, i have done IBM too but yes you can change course and it is not that difficult or anything wrong, lots of students do this and Cic has even given you an option for this.
