How should I apply for permanent residency independently

Hi i came to Canada on a work permit status worked for three years with two different companies I met my common law girl friend we been together for 3 years and we have a daughter that's 2 years old we had our ups and down now she decided she wants to move on with out doing my common law sponsorship anymore where do I go from here

Canada has a number of different economic immigration programs (e.g. FSW/Express Entry, Canadian Experience Class, Provincial Nomination Programs) each with their own requirements. That doesn't help at all. You're going to be applying through an economic program so you need to tell us about your work and educational background. For example: How many years of work experience do you have? Under which NOC or NOCs? Was any of this work experience gained in Canada? If so, how many months of full time work experience do you have in Canada and under which NOC? What schooling have you completed? Was any of it completed in Canada and if so, which part? I assume you are currently in Canada on a work permit? If so, what kind? Is it supported by an LMIA? Has your employer also given you a permanent job offer or would your employer be willing to do this? If you're not on a work permit in Canada, what is your current status? Etc.

There's really no short cut to researching the various immigration programs yourself - apart from hiring an immigration lawyer to do this work on your behalf.

I was getting my sponsorship for an open permit and pr. However my spouse left me.I have 3 years work experience in labour July 2012-aug 2015. I have aHigh school diploma. No education done in Canada. I'm in Alberta, no my employer didn't give permanent job offer.

I have no status in Canada.

With your profile you unfortunately do not have any options for immigrating to Canada at this time. Canada's economic immigration programs are geared towards skilled and semi-skilled workers. There aren't any immigration options for you based on your work experience.

Unless you think there's a chance you and your spouse will reunite and your spouse will sponsor you for PR, I would recommend you leave Canada as soon as you can to avoid being out of status in the country any longer. The longer you are in Canada out of status, the more difficult it will be to return later.

No - it won't.

First of all, you can't marry someone new if you are already married to your first spouse. You will need to get divorced first.

Even once you are married, this doesn't allow you to remain in Canada. You will still be out of status and a candidate for deportation.

Your new spouse will have to sponsor you for PR. Given you are out of status in Canada, you can expect CIC will examine your new relationship extremely closely to ensure it's genuine and not a marriage of convenience that you have entered into for the sole purpose of remaining in Canada. You will need to provide quite a bit of evidence to prove your new relationship is real if you want there to be any hope of the PR application being approved.

I did landscaping and was a moving helper my work permit expired in August of 2015
