If your were on the intake/submission date still 35 years old (which is the case according to what you say), then that will be legally your age for the attributed points.
Moreover, the points attributed to your age are locked at the time of submission. So even if you application it assessed, say, 2 years later, it is your age at the time of submission that will count.
