Hi All,
I need your advice please
I'm Protected person in Canada and my wife stay in our country and I applied for the PR for me and also for my wife.
Now my wife has a visitor visa to Canada .. Can she come and stay with me till gettng the PR? If yes which organization shall we communicate?

Anyone has similar to our case , Please share with me his Case

Thanks,

Wow that is highly unusual that your wife was granted a trv given her husband is a protected person. Yes she can come to Canada as a visitor. She will have to apply for an extension every 6 months.

You are very lucky that your spouse get the TRV while you are a refugee here. Don’t take any chances man. Talk to an Immigration lawyer before taking any decision.

How ?? she will start from the beginning?
No way to make her included to my application and take all her rights ?

Your wife is subject to examination upon entry just like any other visitor. If her passport is not stamped then she will be allowed to stay for 6 months before she must apply for an extension. If she is already included in your PR application and listed as accompanying, she may remain in Canada as long as she has a valid status.
