How often does CIC update the website?

Have just noticed that the processing time for the Mississauga office is now 75 days [insert frustrated sigh here], currently working on applications from January 18th. This was last updated April 2nd.

Has anybody been watching this page? How often do they update the dates on the page? And does it usually just move a few days?

I know a watched pot never boils...but...I can't help it

One day I was watching it real close (every 15 - 30 mins) and I noticed it updated at sometime between noon and 12:30. It states on their website that they "usually" update on Tuesdays but that week it was a Thursday and the 2 weeks b4 that it had been on Wednesdays. That was December of 2011. Coincidentally I received my Sponsorship approval within the same 30 mins (was hoping 4 it, that's why I was checking so often). The time stamp on my e-mail was 12:08 pm, December 22, 2011.

I have also been keeping track of the updates. As noted, it is updated weekly, and has jumped around on those days in the middle of the week.

I also experience your frustration, up until this point Stage 1 was just 55 days....and in one week (April 2nd posting) it jumped up to 75. I am hoping that it will go back down just as drastically....crossing my fingers.
