How my spouse can put signature online under my application in her form?

Hi,
I am applying for study permit & my spouse applying for OWP. We are applying online together & I am the primary applicant. Now after submitting the form I can provide my signature as there is a option for me but how my spouse can provide her signature? For example: There is a signature option in work permit form(IMM1294E) for her. Should she keep it blank? Or print & then put her signature than scan & upload?
Please remember we are applying online.

As of my knowledge, no need of signature while applying online. Just write the date and while submitting, it asks for some security questions which are considered instead of signature...

if you are applying online there is no need of signature .once your finish your application you need to validate it

when you submit your application you need to electronically sign online . that is it.

I understand that I do not need to sign because after submitting the application thee system ask for my signature. But my wife is also applying for OWP under my application. How can she put her signature?

if you are applying online there is no need of signature .once your finish your application you need to validate it
