How much work experience should I show when creating EE profile?

Hello All,

I am applying for Canada PR. I have a question when creating the express entry profile. It asks for continuous number of years of work experience.

I have 3.5 years work experience in India from April 2010 till October 2013.
Post that I did masters from USA Jan 2014 till May 2016.
After that, I have been working from June 2016 till the current day.

My question is regarding the number of years of work experience when creating EE profile. I do not want to tell my current USA company about Canada PR plans as am not sure how they would react(as am asking them to file for USA green card) and hence can't ask work experience letter.

Will it be fine if I show my 3.5 years India experience only in work history when creating EE profile and disclose current USA work experience in personal history later post ITA?

So, while creating the profile should I say 3 years or 6 years in continuous number of years of experience? Will it raise concerns if I do not include USA experience initially while creating EE profile?
