Hello, here's my scenario:

Company A: Worked full time from 1 July 2018 until 15 December 2018
Company B: Worked full time (same occupation as before) from 8 January 2019 until 4 January 2020
Company C: Worked full time (same occupation as before) from 5 January 2020 until 30 July 2020

I'm confused as to whether I should pick 2 years work experience or just 1.

Thanks!

Are these all Canadian work experience? If so, from the dates itself, you can count 2 years (even with different employers), provided for each work experience your working 30 hours per week.

Thank you for answering. Those are not Canadian experience but New Zealand experience. Would that make a major difference? I've been working 40 hours a week in each one. I also have Certificate of Service for each one as well as pay slips.

You have to have one year of continuous work experience in one job so you can use that as primary NOC. Company B looks like 1 year — you have to check 30 hours / week (any hours worked above 30 a week is not counted) for 52 weeks - 1560 hours

If company B is already one year. I’m assuming the other two — company A and C are the same NOC? If so, you can combine them to get another 1 year.

Hello I'm kind of in a similar situation, I worked for a company from Feb 2018 to Aug 2019, and I worked 40 hours/week. Can I use this for Express Entry? My work experience letter also mentions I worked 40 hours/week.
