I think we r in similar situation. My case was received by Sydney on 18/Oct/2013 and Hong Kong VO office received my case on 10/Dec/2013 and since then nothing has happened.

Couple days before I send a email to HK VO asking my update and got following reply；

Dear Sir/Madam,

This message is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong.

Please be advised that case is pending officer's review, further instruction/decision will be sent in due course.

Thank you for your patience.

Just hope they can process our case quickly and best luck to everyone

I think they don't have a standard procedure & they don't have any regulators either. They are just fooling around with applicant's time.
Very sad state of affairs.

Friends i need your help here!!

I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012). Got my LOA 23.06.2013. My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.

How much more time till i get a call for Medical & finally PR?
