how much Vacations for sponsor after sponsorship is approved.,,,.??
my wife is in canada.,
andd i m in india she want to visit me ,.,how many weeks she is allowed,.,although she is already approved as a sponsor.

There's not set guidelines, you just don't want CIC to consider her visiting you as her moving to live with you as that changes the application a bit. If she has a job and coming for a month or less, there should be no issue as that is a very common situation. If CIC suspects she has moved to be with you then they may ask for additional information to show how she will establish herself back in Canada once the application is complete. Even if she has been approved as a sponsor, I've heard of CIC checking back up on the sponsor to make sure everything is still the same.

She is allowed to leave Canada only for short/temporary vacations. She must be "residing" in Canada during the entire sponsorship process. Most people suggest keeping trips to a month or less to be on the safe side.

So if she leaves for 2-3 months, CIC could determine she is no longer "residing" in Canada, cancel your PR app, and force you to start again from beginning when she is back in Canada. Plus if she delivers the baby in India, odds are baby will not be able to get TRV to go back to Canada so she will be forced to remain in India much longer than 2-3 months to care for baby.

she can stay for a couple weeks but definitely not 2-3 months or the application will be refused. She should try to get you here on a visitor visa, but that might be hard given that she is expecting and married.

if you received sponsor approval, then send it to the visa office per the instructions in the letter. make sure to keep a copy for your files.
