How much to keep on airport??

I am planning to keep $500 as cash and rest $1500 in the form of debit card is it ok if asked abt money by custom officials at airport.

i brought 2300$ cash with me.

Don't worry u wont need it.
Just kept 100$ with (20$ :1$ or 25 cetns) just call call somebody (family) from airport.
