Dear, ur file time show high speed and priorty processing. normly CIO take 1.5 to 3 month for first AOR. at what stage is your appliocation now and whta is ur NOC code. Delhi is one of fast processing posts.

but i think my case is taking more time than usual, normally processing times are between 6-12 months. i send my documents in july . i was assigned fileno. on 31st july,from that time i am just waiting

hi every body me it been 7 month now and i just receive a letter that me and my husband pay the 490 dollard so i want to knwo how much time we have to wait again for him to have the call for the visa at rabat

My 120 days time was about to end on 31st july, 2009, but before that i had send the documents and got my file no. sanctioned.
I sent an enquiry in dec. 2009,but with no reply.

Unfortunately, regarding experience of other applicants which have faced with this situation, this could mean a rejection/refusal for you. Usually the status changes to 'In Process' if everything is fine. The status 'visa office eligibility review complete' has almost always meant rejection. Don't worry, you can rectify the shortcomings and re-apply. Wait for their mail to know what criteria you were rejected on. it could be from NOC code or lack of points. Would you please share your each factor point because your total score is at border line.
