PP submitted at chennai VFS on 26th.

Guys, I am bit confused.
I submitted application on Nov 13th.
Did medicals on NOV 14th (Before medical letter arrived) - Same day Bio Metrics requested
Submitted Bio Metrics and Approved on 15th Nov
27th NOV i got Medical Request along with IMM1707 Form, I am not sure how can i send them my medicals acknowledgement, as I was in a impression that i will upload later in the process.

Should I re-do my medicals and submit again?

I am on same boat. I am on Open work permit in Canada applied for SOWP for my wife in India. Filed online application on 13th Nov. medical and biometrics done on 5th Dec. not sure how much more time.
