How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

I got a message that your decision envelope has been dispatched but my application is not approved in the system.
Any idea? It is not refusal right ?

Relax, the system would take sometime to update the status to "Approved". It will be approved soon. Enjoy and have fun.

I have submitted my passport to VFS Mumbai on 12th June. The envelope reached IRCC on 14th June and states that it is under process. Do you have any idea how long does it take to for them to make a decision.

The duration to get the passport back is 10 days. So expect this in the next week.

Finally yesterday evening got good news...

PPR- May 27th 2019
Passport Sent - June 7th Delhi
Passport Received - June 11th
Application approved/COPR - June 18th
Return Envelope activated - ???
Passport received with COPR - ???

Hi Guys,

Final Decision Says: Your application is approved please send your passport so that we can finalize the application.

Now, I have submitted the passport, but the lady at the VAC was really annoying and was giving me sarcastic expressions while i was talking to her, she said 'we don't know anything just submit your passport, the embassy can do anything'

I did not like her, she asked me 'if I would like to go for the courier service" as if she is asking 'If I Could afford it' lol...

She could not speak English as well, so whatever she was saying it was not clear, she could not phrase her sentences

Can anyone tell whether I will get my visa or not, Really paranoid! please!

If your Status is updated to Approved then there is nothing to worry about now and everything is done and you should get the Visa printed on the Passport. Good luck!

Just an update , that i have received an email from VFS that my decision envelope has been dispatched via vide courier partner. When going on Blue dart website , and copying the VFS tracking id , it shows no courier with the tracking id submitted.

Am i missing something here ?
