If I submit my passport at VFS Delhi, could I get it stamped same day?

Is there anyone who submitted passport before 19 May and did not get passport back yet? As per my analysis on this thread many applicant (including me) are in "in process" status who have submitted passport in 21st May week. Some applicants also got their passport back but overall next they should dispatch passports of 21st May week applications.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

It has been long time since you submitted your passport on 22nd December 2017 and I hope you are already been settled in Canada.
Can you please tell me when did you get your passport back? Mine is the same case, I have submitted my passport at VFS Bangalore and it is still under process after 20 Days same like your case. If you provide your passport received data, it will be very helpful to me. Thanks.

This person's passport was delivered to New Delhi VO on 31st May and today his application got approved and return tracker activated.
