How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

My husband also submitted on the 14th. Well actually the 11th but it arrived in Delhi from Chandigarh on the 14th. We are anxiously awaiting his reply. I am hoping he will be here before the months end. Please let me know if you hear anything. I will do the same. His status still says processing background check and they will let him know when they start. Says they will let us know when decision is made and he has recieved the welcome to Canada invite and attended the class. Hoping to here something this week. Finally. Our 2 year wedding anniversary is in July and our son is now 4 months old!
I have submitted my passport at VFS Jalandhar, India on 18 May. I also got a SMS that processed passport is recieved at visa office Chandigarh, but when I checked the status from VFS website, it says your passport is being processed at New Delhi visa office. Strange na... I have booked the tickets for 5 June. Fingers crossed.
Husband's account updated today counter foil number shown. No email from courier yet for passport/visa delivery. Hoping it comes this week.
Might as well chip in this thread while I'm waiting.
Passport sent via VFS Global Dubai on 5th May. Received the standard "passport is being processed" email the next day.
Still waiting & my application still hasn't updated yet.

My account is also updated with counterfoil number but my travel document number is mentioned wrong...so what I would do now

I submitted my passport to vfs hyderabad on may 14th. I still dont have any updates on it except that its being processed in delhi office. My spouse who submitted his passport in Canada for stamping on same day as me, got it back earlier this week. I have to fly to USA next week. Any advice!?

My wife and I submitted our passports to NDVO on 29th May 2018. Got ppr request on 25th May. From what I was told by VFS Delhi is it takes 7 to 10 working days for average processing of PR visas / COPR.
Anxiously awaiting reply as I want to quit my job. Very hectic and living away from family.
