How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

Good evening everybody, I submitted my passport at VFS today and I got an email saying that "visa application has been dispatched to OC from VAC". What is OC stand for?

Even I received the passport submission request again.
I got the passport submission mail on 10th Dec 2019 and I submitted my passport on 19th Dec. After reaching the Visa office in Delhi on Dec 24th it’s still getting processed. And today on Jan 10th 2020, I got a passport submission message in the IRCC account. I am hoping this is glitch in their system.
Others who have already submitted their passport, have you received the passport submission request again??
I collected my stamped passport back. here is the complete timeline
Application submitted - 2nd March 2019
Biometric request received - 15th April 2019
Biometrics submitted - 26th April 2019
Request for passport submission (CPCO) - 8th August 2019
Passport submitted at VFS New Delhi - 23rd December 2019 (I asked for extensions as I was traveling out of the country for a few months)
Stamped passport collected from VFS New Delhi - 10th January 2020
I had done my medical tests on 15th February 2019 and the one time visa I received is valid till 21st February 2020

I submitted mine on 19th Dec at Delhi VFS. No update until now.

I have submitted my passport on 27th Dec 2019 at Ahmedabad VFS and reached New Delhi OC VAC on 30th Dec 2019. And the vfs tracking still shows "is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI".
Haven't received Passports yet or any update on my Profile.

I submitted my passport on Dec 19th at VFS Mumbai and it has reached Delhi Visa Office where it is still under process.
However, I have also received the passport submission request again in my IRCC account. I am assuming this is a glitch in their system. Did you check if you received the passport submission request again?
I checked my account but no such request is received. My profile is the same as it was since I received PPR mail on 27th Dec 2019.
