You can call them on the phone. The instructions there clearly state that you can call them when it exceeds normal window. So go ahead.

i called them and they redirected to Ivr stating any kind of quiries are responded through mail and fax but not on calls

I called vfs as well they said the application is at New Delhi high commission and the max time depends on them for stamping

You can try calling IRCC. if some analyst will take your call (which is rare), you ll have high chances to know the reason. So try it at least.

PPR: 3rd October
Passport Submitted: 3rd October
Received by NDVO: 4th Ocbtober
COPR: 12th October (Approved & dispatched)
