lol , he'd be an idiot then because in the whole world there are 220 countries which agree to give you your offer letter within 10 - 15 days which means top two week not less nor more than that if they'd take 1 month they will lose their job it's their responsibility to provide an offer letter within that require time period.

How'd they ready your offer letters , in the first week they'll have to assess your documents it might take 2 or 4 days but it won't happened later then they start working on your offer letters which takes another week including courier them to you that's how it really works my friend.

But one of my friend is already in Canada,He also got offer letter from sheridan in one month not 10-15 days.

There are some reasons in which it might take one more to have offer letters from the college / university.First of all , it depends on the college / university whether they'll provide you the offer letter within two weeks or if they won't provide you in two weeks that means there must be something bothering them to not to give you the offer letter or to give you the offer letter.Since the day i've been trying to collect information and information it took almost 2 years to do that.So the other reason is college / university policies changes every month that is why.


They will give you the offer letter with in 10 - 15 days but if they won't give you within these days that means they don't have your complete documents , this could be the reason too not to issue the offer letter along with the fee.If they'll give you the letters after two weeks that means they don't have your deposit .

Normally , processing time doesn't had to deal with your offer letter , it depends how fast you give'em the documents.220 countries every single college / university will issue the offer letter within 10 - 15 days if they took more than this which means reasons are already mentioned above.

Good Luck my friend (You can contact to your college to provide you the offer letters if they're taking to much time by givin'em the reason or requesting'em).
