Still on the same boat. Sent my passports May 6th. 11 weeks and no response. This waiting is starting to get me.

Hello everyone:
I'm getting desperate here. Today, someone told me to go to the embassy and ask for my passports. What do you think? Would it be fine? Or could this affect my application since they haven't ask me to do it?
Please share your opinions. I could travel to Guatemala probably an hour or half an hour flight.

i sent my passport 3rd of july to london for visa stamp , from two days i can see my ecas status changed to decion made,
pls guy's when i am going to recieve my PP with visa??? ( sent from Dubai )...

ok, since i last posted....
We got our passports back saying that the medicals had expired and we had to do them again .
Now sent the medicals and passorts again to New Delhi.
the status shows, medicals received, they recd passports today.

Now, what do you'll think? when will I get the passports with the visa stamped?
Very difficult to be stuck in london without passport!!!
Also , is it true that they will mail the passports only to an Indian address and not to an address abroad?
Did any of you get your passports back ?
Is the waiting now 2 or 4 or 6 weeks?

My medical and PP was delievered to ND on 12th July...my status shows in process...js waiting !!

cic nd is holding the pp from june till date...probaly yes they might be over burden with student visa cases...and start issuing the visa once they are done with student visa
