How much time for medical call?

Hi,
I got my ainp last yr in sep 2016.. applied for pr in dec end and got file number in jan.. waiting for the medical call now.. how much time it usually takes for medical call?

Is your Visa office New Delhi?
If yes, then this is very serious issue. I also got AOR in Jan. And got MR in June.
