How much time does st clair college take to give offer letter

I have apply in st clair and fanshawe college on 22 August 2017 for Jan 2018 intake in business administration for 2 yr MY file is in non-spp category. Through agent but still didn't got offer latter ..worried so much plzz plzz plzzz help me out how much time does this college take to give offer letter..

It usually takes 15+ days for an institution to send u a letter

I haven't applied to st.clair

I've got my acceptance within 15 days from U of W

I got offer from st Clair college.. But I got it late due to Christmas. And the confirmation date was 1 Jan 2018 for may intake ...I have apply for extension but their is not reply.. Please someone tell me what to do.
