How much time do we have to do the medical exam

PR of Canada sponsoring my husband inland. Like an idiot, I have been checking my email constantly after receiving AOR and SA end of May and did not think to check my husband's spam. Something made me check it on Sunday and we found three emails from CIC dated May 30, one of which was requesting that he complete/provide proof of completion of the medical exam within 30 days. I called the panel physicians in our area and they are not booking until next week for the following week, which would be a week before our deadline. Is this enough time? Will we get something from the physician we can submit to CIC to prove we did the medical, or does the 30 day deadline apply to when the doctor sends the results in?

the report is submitted electronically by the doctor at the end of the exam. The doctor will give you an "emedical receipt" at the end of the exam, and that is what you send CIC. Since you'll get this right away, and the deadline is after the exam date, there is plenty of time.
